You Bowl Me Over

Greenbrier High School has a teacher recognition program called  "You Bowl Me Over". Mr. Sorrells secured a bowling pin and at a faculty meeting initially presented it to a teacher to recognize outstanding achievemen and/or accomplishment. At a subsequent faculty meeting, the previous recipient was charged with the responsibility of presenting the bowling pin to a fellow teacher. Each time the bowling pin is presented, the presenter must publically state the reason(s) why that person is deserving of the award. The recipient keeps the bowling pin in their possesion until it is time to recognize a new person. Teacher recipients are encouraged to write on the bowling pin whatever they choose, anything from just their name to inspirational messages.
