If you are entering a new students -from another state - you will need to bring the following items with you:
1. birth certificate 2. proof of address (a bill with your address, receipt with your name and address) 3. immunization record Entering a students from within the state: 1. birth certificate 2. proof of address ( a bill with address,receipt with name and address) If your child has been enrolled in a county school, the school that you are leaving will give you a transfer slip. Please bring this with you to enroll your child.
